Summary Essential Job FunctionsFind out if this opportunity is a good fit by reading all of the information that follows below.• Own the roadmap for initiatives requiring system, configuration, or process changes within the Finxact and Savana environments to support the Digital Bank's goals and strategic initiatives.• Manage the Finxact and Savana release schedules which include coordination with IT's release management team, UAT, vendors, SMEs, and all end users.• Own the delivery of configuration to support Digital Bank products and initiatives by working closely with the other Digital Bank Product Owners.• Support and partner with engineering teams - including escalation and resolution of impediments.• Communicate strategy and services to external and internal partners, peers, and executives.Characteristics to succeed in this role:• Strategic: You are comfortable navigating between the big ideas and execution realities to create an achievable plan that drives progression.• Task Oriented: You understand how to organize and prioritize deliverables for yourself and the team you partner with.• Analytical: You seek data and derive insights from this data to drive strategy.• Articulate: You can communicate complex ideas clearly, both the why and the what. You troubleshoot and sometimes fail, but you apply those learnings and move forward.Position Requirements• An undergraduate degree and 6 plus years of work experience.• At least 2 years of experience as a product owner or product manager on an Agile sprint team.• At least 2 years working as a business analyst within a Finxact/Savana ecosystem.• Strong communication and follow-up skills.• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.• Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills.• Demonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and integrityPreferred• Experience in the Finance or Accounting field at a financial institution working as a product owner/manager in an Agile environment.
