You'll anticipate specific requirements for new projects and ensure our bid strategy supports our budget requirements. In this role, you will...Support Pre-Contract and Operations with project costs and pricing objectivesUtilize experience, data analysis, and metrics to develop mechanical installation estimates.Utilize tools and data analysis to create bid comparisons.Build and develop vendor relations and strategies.Select appropriate vendors for bidding on various needs in concert with internal teams. Develop RFQ documentation for vendors and suppliers.Develop budgetary cost models.Assist in the submission of bid projects.Build tools necessary for efficient estimating.Present budgetary cost models to internal operations teams and leaders.Maintain organized and accurate documentation throughout the project.Partner with Applications Engineering and Purchasing to meet the specific needs and scope of each job bid.We're excited about you because...You believe anything worth doing is worth doing right, no matter how "small".You live in the details.You have the motivation and ability to learn and improve processes and tools.You enjoy a fast-paced environment and having multiple projects to work on concurrently.You communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal form. Open to candidates with mechanical installation experience who are interested in gaining estimation knowledge.
