The ideal candidate will have excellent listening skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an entry-level position, and full training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:Listen to audio recordings and accurately transcribe spoken content into written form.Ensure the transcription is grammatically correct, error-free, and formatted according to company guidelines.Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality transcripts consistently.Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in transcription output.Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies while handling sensitive information.Use transcription software and tools effectively to enhance productivity and accuracy.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree.Excellent listening skills with the ability to understand various accents and dialects.Strong command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with transcription software/tools is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
