Production Support AnalystBaltimore, MD, Philadelphia, PA, or Chicago, IL Hybrid (1-3 days in the office per week)12-month Contract-to-Hire Pay Rate - $28.00 - $34.00/hr (Depending on years of experience) The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.We are seeking a Production Support Analyst to join our Digital Products team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, reliability, and efficiency of our production systems and applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and optimize performance.ResponsibilitiesMonitor the performance and health of production systems and applications, ensuring optimal uptime and reliability.Proactively identify and address issues to prevent disruptions to business operations.Respond to and resolve production incidents in a timely and efficient manner.Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Coordinate and facilitate production deployments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal impact on business operations.Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems as needed. Maintain a thorough understanding of production systems and applications to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.Document production incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting procedures in accordance with established guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
