The Mars Five Principles - Quality, Responsibility, Mutuality, Efficiency and Freedom - inspire our 130,000 Associates into taking action every day towards creating the world we want tomorrow.Job Description:SAP Platform Senior Architect role will manage the technical design, including its dependencies and integration of solutions into Mars Digital Technologies portfolio, targeting to deliver cost-effective solutions while maximizing service delivery and customer satisfaction within Mars.What are we looking for?Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Great experience in SAP platform architecture and design and implementation, with a focus on complex enterprise-level solutions.Expertise in SAP platform architecture, landscape design, and deployment options (on-premises, cloud, hybrid), specifically related to SAP S/4 HANA.Understanding of SAP integration patterns and technologies, including API management and middleware tools.Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address technical challenges in a collaborative manner.Effective communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.SAP certifications such as SAP Certified Application Architect or similar are highly desirable.What will be your key responsibilities?Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP platform solutions that align with business requirements and strategic goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and analysts to gather requirements and define technical specifications.Create high-level and detailed architecture designs, considering factors such as performance, security, integration, and user experience.Evaluate and recommend new SAP technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve system performance and reliabilityStay up-to-date with the latest SAP trends, updates, and industry best practices to ensure our solutions remain current and competitive.Collaborate with vendors and external partners as needed to ensure successful project delivery.Assist in the estimation of project timelines, resources, and budgets related to SAP architecture and development efforts.Contribute to the development and maintenance of SAP architecture standards, guidelines, and documentation and roadmaps.What can you expect from Mars?Work with over 130,000 diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.Join a purpose driven company, where we're striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.Mars is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
