The Field Service Technician will be responsible for performing equipment repairs, conducting inspections and diagnostics, troubleshooting, and providing maintenance services for heavy equipment. The technician will also be responsible for documenting service and repair activities, communicating with customers, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.QualificationsMechanical and technical skills for heavy equipment repairs and maintenance.Experience in conducting inspections and diagnostics of heavy equipment machines and construction vehicles.Ability to troubleshoot and identify equipment issues. Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentPhysical stamina and ability to lift heavy objectsValid driver's license and clean driving recordExperience in the heavy equipment industry.Own tools required to perform repairs on heavy equipment and construction vehicles.
