We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in the water industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant experience, with a preference for those who have worked in an EPCM environment and possess a deep understanding of water treatment processes. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Support engineering design and project execution for water and wastewater treatment projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process engineers, designers, and construction managers, to deliver integrated and optimized solutions.Manage offshore engineering support teams, ensuring clear communication, effective coordination, and quality deliverables.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.Conduct technical analyses and feasibility studies and provide expert advice on process optimization and technology selection.Interface with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, presenting project designs, progress updates, and technical solutions.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.Participate in the development of proposals, including technical scoping, cost estimation, and project planning.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical or Environmental)Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable. Minimum 5-8 years' experience in constructions projects, preferably in the water or Process industry.Solid understanding of water treatment processes and technologies.Proven experience managing cross-functional and offshore engineering teams.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with all levels of management.Familiarity with relevant software tools and project management systems.Ability to travel as required for project needs. Familiarity with various water treatment methods, technologies, and equipment.Knowledge of the design and engineering principles specific to water treatment facilities.Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework related to water treatment, environmental standards, and construction.Proficiency in project management software, CAD tools, and other relevant software used in engineering and construction.
