We have been a trusted partner and advisor to many leading, globally recognized companies such as Applied Materials, Exxon Mobil, Flextronics, LSI Logic, Mahindra, Motorola, Nestle, Palm, Qatar Petroleum, Ranbaxy, Unilever and Whirlpool and many others.ROLE DESCRIPTIONThe APO SNP Lead role is a critical role related to implementation of process and technology solutions related to diagnosis, analysis and transformation of Supply Planning functions in a project.The following are key responsibilities:Architecting, designing, and helping build successful implementations of SAP APO SNP in customer organizations.Hands on experience in configuration and modelling in APO , trouble shooting and result analysis.Mentoring Junior APO Team members within the Organization on APO SNPDrive with building Assets and Accelerators within SAP APO SNP and reduce the overall cost to serveQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEAt least 10-15 years of experience in SAP APO SNP modulesAt least 5 end to end APO SNP implementations not including rollouts.Experience in SAP IBP and SAP certification would be an added advantage.PROCESS KNOWLEDGEDeep Process understanding of end to end Supply Chain planning, familiarity or expertise with SCOR model is preferred, technology agnostic.Expertise in at least 2 industries e.g. Food and Beverage , CPG, Chemical, Automotive, Life Sciences etcTECHNICAL EXPERTISEGood level of understanding of all modules of SAP APO with expertise in SNP.Deep knowledge and experience in end to end APO implementation projects in Process and Discrete industries.Ability to lead and conduct Design workshops in front of an audience comprising of both Business and IT teams.Ability to architect an end to end solution using APO SNP while understanding the integration aspects between different modules within APO as well as of APO with ERP systemsAbility to work on complex configuration scenarios along with writing functional specifications for complex customizations.Very good understanding of ECC Master data from planning standpoint.Basic understanding of SAP PPEXPERIENCE AND DEEP EXPERTISEHeuristics Knowledge in Location and Network heuristicsDetailed configuration level knowledge in setting up Heuristics and related Master dataAbility to model frozen zones along with lead time SNP Optimizer and or CTM OptimizerExpertise in Cost modellingDetailed configuration level knowledge in setting up Optimizer profiles along with related master dataExpertise in Discrete and Linear OptimizationExpertise in analysing Optimizer results CTMExpertise in setting up CTM profiles along with different settingsKnowledge of Domino and Airline strategiesAbility to analyse customer requirement and then suggest either SNP Optimizer or CTM for constrained planning.Understanding of PPDS scheduling boardDeployment and TLB with Fair Share rules and Deployment Optimizer VMI i.e added advantage Forecast Consumption.SOFT SKILLSExcellent communication skills, verbal as well as written.Lead design workshops and discussions with clients independently.Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment.Conduct trainings and be a mentor for junior APO team members.
