Job Description:

The Paramedic is responsible for assisting with vaccinations in the Orlando area. As well as responsible for assisting with patient care including, processing point of care tests, providing breaks for other staff as needed. Responsible for supplies and equipment maintenance such as assembling, packaging, and delivering of PPE, etc.Scroll down to find the complete details of the job offer, including experience required and associated duties and tasks.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Back-up relief for all staff positions as needed. Assembles supplies (PPE, Test kits, etc.) and delivers as necessary Must have the ability to lift 40lbs. and stand for long periods of time Performing vaccinationsOTHER PRINCIPAL DUTIES:Other duties that may arise from time-to-time and/or are commensurate with the title and position.RequirementsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: Current Florida License/certification Current Basic Life Support certification Recent clinical experience (within 6 months) Positive, enthusiastic with high customer service orientation Flexible, adaptable, willing to jump in and do what is needed Able to wear PPE for extended periods of time without restriction Able to work in a fast- paced environment Professional appearance: clean uniform and shoes, hair is well groomed.
