Will you be next?Position Description:We are currently hiring for an ML Practitioner with MLOps & GenAIprofessionals experienced with defining and developing ML Capabilities for Life Science organizations in Berkeley Heights, NJKey Responsibilities: TechnicalSenior ML Model , ML Framework and MLOps PractitionerLeads and performs Architecture and Solution Discussions on ML Framework implementations & MLOpsDesign and Prototype GenAI Architecture & Implementations using Azure/AWS toolsExperience in building Full-stack solutions on ML and Implementing using AWS, Azure, Third party technologies like Databricks.Recommend KPIs for MLOPs end-to-end Operations and Technical enhancements to meet customers' Immediate and long-term needs in the MLOps Process.Business DevelopmentAuthor solutions for current and potential customer concerns, including responding to RFPs and developing white papersNeed to actively contribute to Pre-Sales /BD for custom solutionsIdentify and develop use cases, KPIs, POCs, and demos to demonstrate our capability in Big Data and our ability to understand and address business problems.Must have good planning, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.Act and be seen as a trusted advisor by both client and internal stakeholders.Client Needs Assessment, Project scoping for projectsDemonstrate technical and strategic leadershipDeliveryLead and Own delivery of ML/GenAI engagements by exceeding customer expectationsPrepare Estimation and Pricing for customer and internal projectsLead medium to large-size projects, and manage the execution by planning project activities, assigning tasks to teams, tracking, and monitoring the tasks, and working with close coordination with the senior leadership (both client and internal)TrainingProvide training and support for internal employees and customersMentor large team to build required capabilities and technical strengthDesired Skills & ExperienceOverall 10+ years of experience as an ML Practitionerleaderin Life Sciences.Hands-on experience and proficiency in: -Experience in building Commercial Pharma ML Models.Full Stack implementation experience in the ML EcosystemMLOps & Automation StackSnowflake, Data BricksDataiku Stack, MLFlow, SagemakerSQL/PythonCheckMarx, SonarQubeJenkins, GITactionsKnowledge of Commercial Analytical Models and Domain skillsSelf-starter who can work independently.Team player who is pleasant to work with.Excellent at both verbal and written communications (must be able to represent Axtria and lead discussions with both technical and business leaders in the organization)Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong aptitude for problem-solving and working with large data sets.Proven ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and documenting progress toward those deadlines.Bachelor's degree in computer science.
