Job DescriptionDescriptionApplying for this role is straight forward Scroll down and click on Apply to be considered for this position.Summary:Assures appropriate staffing is maintained on all Nursing Units; responsible for the clinical and administrative supervision of overall hospital activities in the absence of Administration and Nursing Director/Managers.CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - Medical Center (CSRH-MC), located in the South Texas Medical Center, provides a high-level of care through compassionate hands, experience physicians, and advanced technology, including the da Vinci Surgical Robot System and the Makoâ„¢ Robotic-Arm Assisted System. Services at the 178- bed facility include Acute Care of the Elderly Unit, cardiology, diabetes care, emergency care, general surgery, kidney transplantation at the CHRISTUS Transplant Institute, orthopedics, outpatient rehabilitation and aquatic therapy, Senior Behavioral Health Center, urology, and the Wound Care and Hyperbaric Center.Requirements:Graduate of a Registered Nursing program, Bachelor's degree preferred or actively pursuing with completion within 2 yearsMinimum of 1-3 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant settingIncumbents grandfathered based on experienceMinimum of 1-3 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant settingRN License in state of employment or compactBLSWork Type: Per Diem As NeededEEO is the law - click below for more information: endeavor to make this site accessible to any and all users.
