Job Description:

Our client is an insurance company in the medical field with an immediate need for a Supervisor of their Call Center. This is a FULL TIME opportunity and requires onsite work 2 days onsiteweek in Parsippany, NJ.5+ years of call center experience ensuring an exemplary, frontline customer experience for customers.Hire, coach and develop Customer Service Agents to respond to customer inquiries.Identify operational issues and propose potential solutions.Monitor and evaluate agent performance.Provide learning or coaching opportunities.Excellent leadership, facilitation and decision making skills.Strong working knowledge and understanding of call center operational functions, including IVR technology, forecasting, metrics and other contact center software.Background in health insurance, medical or dental preferred.
