National Account ManagerZiglift Material Handling is one of the nation's leading independent warehouse storage solutions companies. We have an immediate opening for a National Account Manager to join our sales team. Ziglift has six locations in four states that specialize in providing innovative and cost-effective warehouse storage solutions for our customers.  The National Account Manager is responsible for developing new and existing customer relations, identify new expansion opportunities growth opportunities both in and outside of the industry. The position reports directly to the CRO and Senior Director of Operations and Sales. Duties & Responsibilities:• Develop new business through cold calling and strategic planning to penetrate accounts• Stay organized with project folders and follow ups with customers• Quick responses with customers• Understand the customer's operation and provide the best solutions as a trusted advisor• Be able to learn and understand pallet racking and automation to provide the best solutions to the customer• Work from the office, but be flexible to meet with the customer to win the deal• Ability to meet with the customer and measure out the warehouse and understand how they want their warehouse laid out• Ability to work well with the team, as they all play a part in a successful project• Flexibility to travel, if needed, typically urgent matters that need to be handled quickly• Ability to take ownership of the project from start to finish• Be able to organize and stay on top of projects• Manage all job cost and revenue per job, at all times• Minimize errors and additional costs to maximize profit for the company and commissions for the sales rep• Ability to be on the job site to manage and supervise installations so they are installed correctly and according to plan• To ensure payments are made prior before the next step occurs• Need to be firm with customers and vendors to make sure a successful profitable project• Ensuring projects deadlines and costs are achieved.Qualifications:• Associate degree in business management, marketing, or related field, Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field preferred• 5 years' relevant work experience in business development, sales, or similar field preferred• 3 years' material handling equipment experience required• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. • Strong organization and project management skills• A high degree of organization and attention to detail.• Proficient in Microsoft Office 360 (Outlook, Excel, and Word)Job Type: Full-timePay Range: $50,000 - $75,000 plus commission Benefits• 401(k)• 401(k) matching• Health Insurance• Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance• Life Insurance• Voluntary Plans Ziglift Material Handling is the industry's leading expert in smart integrated warehouse storage solutions.
