Holiday Bright Lights (HBL) has been making seasons bright for over a decade. We are a factory-direct wholesaler that specializes in providing retail stores and professional decorators with commercial-grade holiday lighting and décor products. From super bright LEDs to foliage and trees we are the complete solution for your holiday decorating needs. HBL is looking for a National Account Manager to be responsible for managing key accounts and driving sales growth in the decorative lighting segment. You will work closely with our sales team, customers, and internal departments to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.  Responsibilities:Works with the Operations Manager to ensure the Operations Team goals meet current and future business requirements.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including national retailers, distributors, factories, and e-commerce platforms.Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding product offerings within existing accounts.Learn all assigned customers' systems and become a super user of said systems.Learn and execute all processes for assigned accounts.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies that drive product awareness and sales.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement. Maintain a systemized structure to ensure timelines are held and deadlines met.Work with HBL Marketing on packaging and the communication of all specs for packaging, in addition to the development of presentation collateral for client meetings and events.Participate in quarterly planning to define goals and determine key objectives for the next quarter, including scheduling and planning key meetings and events.Other duties as assigned.Skills:Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field; or associate degree in business (or related field) with 3 yrs. related experience; or 5 yrs. related experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting with proficiency in data analysis softwaretools and Microsoft Office Suite Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skillsDedication to providing great customer service.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Experience with some or all the following applications a plus: Sage, Sage CRM, CIMCloud, andor Google 360 ShowroomExperience with managing clientvendor relationships.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Practical knowledge of the lighting industry a plusWorking ConditionsOffice or warehouse environmentAbility to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.Ability to work in tight spaces at times.May work near moving mechanical parts and equipment*Ability to lift andor move up to 50 lbs.*Periodic weekend or evening work as needed.Travel required.*HBL will provide training and personal protective equipment as necessary
