The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring op talents to support our organization's growth and objectives.Roles & Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talents within the aerospace industry including engineers, technicians, project managers and other specialized rolesPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions and requirementsUtilize various sourcing methods including networking, online job boards, social media and industry-specific channels, to identify and engage passive candidatesConduct thorough screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills and cultural fitDevelopmanage candidate pipelines and applicants tracking systems to ensure a seamless recruitment experienceBuild and maintain strong relationship with candidates, internal stakeholders and external partners, such as aerospace industry organizations and educational institutions.Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and best practicesQualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus of on the aerospace industryBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields(Master's degree preferred)Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring aerospace professionals including engineers, scientists and techniciansStrong understanding of aerospace industry trends, technologies and regulatory requirementsExcellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skillAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentLocation: Cheshire, CT, USReports to: Chief of Human Resources OfficerJob Type: Regular Full-TimeSalary Range: NegotiableWork Authorization: The ideal candidate for this role will have authorization to work in the US prior to joining Hanwha Aerospace USA Inc.
