**This is NOT a job at ForceBrands**Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of plant operations that will include driving efficiency improvements, schedule optimization, and ensuring adherence to qualitycompliance standards with food safety regulationsManage labor costs, capital expenditure spending, and profit interestsUtilize financial acumen to make informed decisions and drive profitabilityDevelop and implement long-term strategies for plant growth and optimizationEvaluate repair quotes and make data-driven decisions to optimize maintenance spendingDirectly manage a team consisting of a warehouse manager, maintenance supervisor, quality specialist, HR specialist, production supervisors (processing and packaging), planner, and sanitation leadSupports the R&D team in the development of new products and processes, supports production runs, costing of labor, and scrap standards for new productsCandidate Profile: Previous experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industryStrong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and profit interestsKnowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
