This person should be a self-starter, self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive, and outgoing with the ability to build long-term relationships with our customers, potential customers and staff members. An ideal candidate will have a background in Product Training andor Product Support.Duties include but are not limited to:Lead all technical support workDevelop product sales trainingTrain current staff and customersAssist in product technical supportProduct troubleshootingDevelop service and technical support trainingAssist in developing competitive product support comparisonsAssist in the development and enhancement of product manualsAssist in the management of any online support materials including online procurement portalsOthers to be assignedMinimum Job RequirementsValid driver's licenseAccess to reliable transportationAssociate degreeMust be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with solid IT skills.Effective written and oral communication skills2-5 year's experience in a similar roleWell developed analytical and problem-solving skills
