Digital Content and Communications ManagerOur client is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Content Manager to join their team in Winston- Salem, North Carolina. As the Digital Content and communications Manager, you will be instrumental in the shaping of our client's digital presence across various platforms, driving engagement, and effectively communicating their brand message to their audience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in digital content management, with strong writing skills and a proven track record in internal communications, public relations, social media, and website content.Responsibilities:Develop and execute digital content strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.Manage and maintain social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support public relations initiatives and campaigns.Create compelling written and visual content for various platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure content performance and identify opportunities for optimization.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred).Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital content management, with a focus on social media, website content, and internalexternal communications.Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt style and tone for different audiences and channels.Proficiency in social media management tools, web analytics platforms, and content management systems.Experience in public relations andor agency background is a plus.Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to content optimization.Employment Details:This is a full-time, hybrid position.
