Job Title: Clinical Systems Analyst (PACS)Employment Type: 6-month contract-to-hireTarget Pay Rate or Salary: $50-60hr, convert $110-115kOnsite Location or Remote: Hybrid in Seattle, WA (SLU neighborhood)Required Core HoursTime Zone: PSTWork AuthorizationVisa Requirements: Will not provide visa sponsorship at this panyProject Selling Points:The Clinical System Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting key aspects of applications that support the operation of the clinic. This position primarily supports Radiation Oncology. This entails providing technical support, troubleshooting, systems change management, business analysis, process improvement, project management, and training of users. The individual will also support senior analysts and engineers with testing and process development, and end to end system configuration tasks.Job Description:ResponsibilitiesManages and supports tier onetwo technical support processes, such as break fix, troubleshooting, and systems change managementWork collaboratively with business partners that enable Clinical Analytics to develop standard metrics based on the analytical needs of the organization and effectively present this information to key customers.The customers who receive this information include senior leaders, department managers, healthcare providers and outside agencies Develop subject matter expertise around key cancer programs, supportive services and outpatient clinical operationsComplies with all regulatory mandates, as applicable Builds, tests, manages, and supports system configuration Supports requirements gathering and business analysis Participates in Process Improvement efforts Work with clinical partners to understand the problems Create recommendations to resolve business problemsRequirements Minimum of 4 years' experience working with Information Technology. Experience should include operations of networks (LANS, SANS, Novell), servers, PCs, Windows operating systems, interfacing, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Medical Imaging computer information systems including PACS, Voice Recognition, and Radiology Information Systems (RIS) preferred. Ability to learn new clinical computer applications readily and evaluate functionalityusefulness for the end-user.Basic knowledge of computer programming and analytical skills to optimize the use of electronic health and imaging record.Other required skills include strong interpersonal and written communication, problem solving, and the ability to organize multiple projects simultaneously.Effectively communicate with staff, department directors, physicians and occasionally students.Provide excellent customer service to end users.Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and implement productive IT system changes associated with the delivery of services.LicensesCertificatesRegistrations Nice to HaveCertified Imaging & Informatics Professional (CIIP) Certified PACS System Analyst (CPSA) Certified PACS Associate (CPAS) Certified Netware Engineer (CNE) Certified Professional Supply Management (CPSM)
