Job Summary: Incedo is looking for an energetic and analytical campus program manager to lead the end-to-end life cycle management of the campus programs. In this role, - you will be empowered to shape and execute our inclusive approach to US university programs and help connect Incedo with exceptional campus talent. Partnering closely with HR team and business leaders, you will have the opportunity to design and shape initiatives, ensuring success of our campus program. You will design and drive initiatives to onboard, integrate and develop the campus hires into successful leaders for tomorrow, helping shape their long-term career and success at Incedo. About the Role: Key Responsibilities Campus Hiring and Engagement Execute all entry level hiring efforts for Internships, hires and our Recent Grad Development Programs including sourcing, career fair attendance, interviewing, and offers Design and drive initiatives to establish and maintain a healthy relationship with universities and other educational institutions Partner in the creation and execution of the Fall campus recruiting strategy leveraging tools such as Handshake, registering and attending career fairs. Plan and organize Interview Super Days, as well as on-site campus events Social Media job advertisement - Maintain and update Job postings on Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Handshake (weekly) Maintain compliance with all University Employer Policies Onboarding and Continuous engagement of campus hires Partner with L and D and HR team to design and execute NorthStar Program - Incedo Campus onboarding and training program Track and report our progress and success of the onboarding program. Seek inputs and implement feedback to continuously improve the program Establish connecting sessions both with campus hires and business to track new hire pulse and engagement. Partner with HR team to identify actions to address key issues and address them in a timely manner Partner with HR and business teams to drive successful campus deployment - Ensure all hires are aligned to right projects and are made billable over time. Required Skills: 10+ years of campus hiring experience and 2 - 3 years of HR generalistHRBP experience, preferably from the IT services industry. Existing relationships with campus hiring coordinators at various collegesuniversities Familiarity with social media sourcing Proficiency with resume databases and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) Soft Skills (must-have-s): Results-driven; Energetic and Outgoing individual Strong problem-solving and organizing skills - ability to get into details and multitask Creative and out of box thinking - ability to think differently and solve a problem Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to establish deep connect across levels and understand people pulse Strong work ethic and sense of commitment What is in it for you?
