For over 60 years we've continued to practice these core values to the best of our ability, and we hope to do so with you.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients and producers with service questions related to administration, billing, claims issues and problem-solving.Monitor and manage the renewal process for assigned clients. Coordinate meetings with the client andproducer to present the renewal and supporting documents to gain acceptance of the renewal or commitment to go to market for alternative options.Prepare marketing information. Once marketing options have been prepared, the produceraccount manager present the options to the client.Schedule and conduct client meetings, in coordination with the producer, and complete the implementation process.Assist clients with compliance (e.g. HIPPA, COBRA, ERISA, and legislative), as requested.Conduct quarterly account management visits with assigned clients.Coordinate and facilitate preparation and delivery of benefit booklets and or benefit statements and any other fulfillment items with the assistance of EB staff.Assist clients by helping to plan and execute open enrollment meetings. Assist clients with processing of enrollments, changes, and terminations.Provide administrative support on other tasks such as assigned special projects and development of new ideasservices, as requested.Utilize Epic to update policies written or renewed, log activities to document client meetings, carrier follow-up, service issues, establish follow-up date, and daily manage follow-up in Agency Management System. QualificationsCurrent CA Life and Disability license required.Minimum 3 years experience in Employee Benefits or comparable position within the insurance field.Experience working with small and large accounts.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Health Connect, PowerPoint.Ability to travel locally.
