Facilities Manager Job Opportunity - Hybrid roleIt will be with a 900 store retailer that is rebulding thier facilities program and is looking for someone to help run it. This is a a great opportunity fro someone like yourself to come into a developing program and help build the program from the ground up.The person hired will report into the Director of Facilities Sustainment and ibe responsible for asset management and planning activities for the hard services scope, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc. This role is responsible for complete asset life cycle management, including reactive and planned maintenance and replacement programs across a multi-site retail service portfolio. This includes creation and oversight of brand standards, implementation of industry best practices, budgetforecasting and work order management for maintenance and facility related issues together with third party IFM provider.Position requires minimum 5-10 years in facilities management operational leadership role, with responsibility for managing teams and programs in engineering, facilities management andor construction in a multi-site retail, service environment.Those interested should email a resume to for further consideration.
