Please Note-The company has a brick and mortar in Nashville, however the applicant hired can work from a different location as they will be traveling to different hospitals (for the most part).Position SummaryWe are looking for an Operations Specialist to implement our software, technology, and best EVS practices at expanding client sites, as well as make current clients even more successful. We offer the opportunity for the Healthcare Environmental Services Professional to grow beyond managing a Hospital EVS Department. We are a growing unique software, technology and consulting company specializing in helping Hospital Environmental Service departments. We are seeking an EVS Professional who sees value in:Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) for Healthcare Environmental ServicesHelping Hospital EVS Managers and Employees reach their full potential.Working directly with some of the largest Hospital EVS Departments in the country ResponsibilitiesProject Management - Projects can be in multiple phases across different sites with different objectivesPhases of software implementation projects include, but are not limited to:On-Site Room Inventory Data CollectionProcessing Staffing analyses and providing recommendationsoptionsDaily Work Assignment creation and consulting - we regularly cross over from being a SaaS support company to a consulting company.On-Site and Virtual Software Training - effectively training end users in our software products.Supporting existing clients with on-site and remote assistanceTravel to client sites is required (up to 75% travel) Qualifications and SkillsMinimum 3-5 Years Healthcare EVS Management experienceProactive and organizedConfident in communicating with varying skill levels; from C-Suite to frontline staffProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent Customer Service About usSmart Facility Software has been the technology industry leader for Hospital EVS Departments since 1986, being the first to develop software to support Environmental Services and Custodial departments.
