Job Description:

We are partnering with a Healthcare IT consulting firm in need of a Senior Proposal Strategist. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic content plans for their most complex Requests for Proposal (RFPs). Your role will be crucial in creating compelling, persuasive, and visually appealing deliverables to drive sales, focusing on expanding existing or new service lines, markets, and partnerships. This is a REMOTE contract-to-hire position. We are only considering current U.S citizens at this time. Candidates that can be flexible to client's schedule such as early AM or afternoon timing would be preferred. Senior Proposal Strategist Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional projects to create high-quality proposals, including content planning, project management, contracting, writing, editing, packaging, and submissionCoordinate with various teams across the company to gather and edit content from subject matter experts, ensuring consistency with the company's voice and styleElevate the visual appeal of proposals through expert-level graphic design and advanced proposal softwareDevelop templates for agendas, tools, and deliverables, and maintain documentation in SharePoint, OneNote, and Microsoft TeamsLead meetings with multiple stakeholders, ensuring efficient decision-making and defining next steps to meet proposal deadlines Senior Proposal Strategist Requirements:6+ years of strategic proposal management experience8+ years of writing andor editing experience with mastery in technical and persuasive writing, including grammar, syntax, punctuation, style, and corporate voiceProven experience in leading cross-disciplinary project teams to produce quality deliverables in a deadline-driven environmentPrior experience in the healthcare IT andor professional services industry with in-depth knowledge of each industry topicAPMP certification or equivalent credentials is a nice to have If the above matches your experience, please apply today!!
