We would like to share a full-time opportunity as a Fraud &Loss Prevention Agent that is immediately available with AVI Foodsystems, Inc. in Warren, OH!Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:improvements in systems, controls, and fraud preventionsystems to assist in fraud detectionpreventionProvide coherent and informed in-person andor telephone guidance to team members to perform audits andor investigationsresearchinvestigations related to suspected acts of wrongdoinginterviews effectivelyfacts and draw valid conclusionscases to law enforcement agencies and preparation for court proceedingsto perform physical activity; lift 30lbs and climb a ladderto travel - 50% or higherPreferred Experience:or investigative work related to internal investigationswith interviewing internalexternal partiestestifying in court proceedings or unemployment casesreport writing andor case managementin writing policies and proceduresRequired Experience:Degree or higher in Criminal Justice or related fieldyear experience with investigationdetection or related field that demonstrates expertise in reviewing, analyzingdeveloping information and making appropriate decisionsor certification in interviewing and interrogationRequired Skills:Strong computer and software skills, use of databases, spreadsheets, etc.Clear communication skills (verbalwritten)analytical and problem-solving skillsto work independently and as part of a teamto identify problems, develop solutions and implement courses of actionMust possess qualities of fairness, a strong work ethic, have the highest integrityAbility to maintain the confidentiality of investigatory records and other case informationto quickly learn internal systemsto multitask and prioritize projects and case workto utilize time efficiently
