Job Description:

Purpose: The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring that safety and quality standards are met, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. The successful candidate will have experience in managing production teams, implementing process improvements, and driving continuous improvement.Supervisory Responsibilities:hires, and trains new staff in the department.the daily workflow of the department.constructive and timely performance evaluations.discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.Responsibilities:Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities, including scheduling, monitoring performance, and ensuring that production targets are met.Ensure that all safety, health, and environmental regulations are adhered to by all production personnel.Work closely with the quality team to ensure that all products meet or exceed quality standards.Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand.Continuously monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement, implement process improvements, and optimize production efficiency.Ensure that all production personnel are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering open communication and collaboration between team members.Develop and manage production budgets and financial reports.Maintain accurate production records and reports and use data to drive decision-making.Lead by example, modeling the behaviors and values that reflect the company's culture and vision.Required Skills & Abilities: organizational skills and attention to detail.time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.analytical and problem-solving skills.supervisory and leadership skills.understanding of operations policies and practices.Education & Experience:school diploma or equivalent required.work experience with the company preferred.Physical Requirements: be able to traverse the operations facility.be able to lift to 50 pounds at a time.At UW Solutions, it's the people that make our mission, vision, and values possible.
