Key Responsibilities:1. Project Leadership:- Lead projects to successful completion, focusing on meeting specified timelines,budgets, and maintaining exceptional construction quality.2. Safety and Compliance Oversight:- Ensure a safe and compliant work environment by upholding quality standards,procedures, and localstate regulations.3. Communication and Collaboration:- Effectively communicate the project plan and activities to subcontractors andmaterial suppliers, emphasizing seamless collaboration for project success.- Collaborate with the Senior Construction Manager for schedule, budget, and projectreviews.4. Procore Systems Knowledge and Execution:- Leverage in-depth knowledge of Procore systems to streamline project managementprocesses.- Ensure efficient execution and utilization of Procore tools for enhanced projectcoordination.5. Technical Oversight:- Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to project plans and specifications.- Utilize construction expertise to address challenges and optimize task efficiency.6. Problem Resolution:- Anticipate and proactively address potential problems during the constructionprocess.- Provide effective solutions to challenges encountered throughout the project.7. Quality Assurance:- Oversee and enforce a high standard of quality control at every stage ofconstruction.- Implement measures to guarantee precision and excellence in workmanship.8. Site Management Coordination:- Coordinate the maintenance of a safe and organized job site, setting expectationsfor the team and subcontractors.- Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and regulations, conducting regularsafety meetings.9. Stakeholder Relationships:- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with inspectors, architects,subcontractors, owners, and other project stakeholders.10. Documentation Management:- Oversee the completion of daily project reports, including responsibilities related tothe Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).11. Budget and Schedule Adherence:- Ensure strict compliance with project budgets and schedules, providing regularupdates as required.- Utilize Build Pro and Supply Pro for effective project management and pay pointmonitoring.12. Training and Professional Development:- Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing training and education, particularly inProcore systems, to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.13. Continuous Improvement Initiatives:- Identify opportunities for process improvement and actively contribute to enhancingconstruction methodologies.14.
