Job Description:

Innovative Driven is currently seeking Corporate Attorney with 4-7 years of transactional experience, particularly in venture capital & emerging companies practice. This is a tremendous opportunity to join the robust practice at an Am Law 100 law firm with over 600 attorneys! This is a hybrid role, requiring three days a week onsite in Boston, and two remote days.RESPONSIBILITIES:Drafting and negotiating venture capital investment agreements including NVCA formsLeading negotiations of key terms of all venture capital investment agreementsSupervising, training and mentoring associates in all aspects of venture capital financingAdvising emerging companies on operational matters, including board and stockholder communications and approvals and equity awardsREQUIREMENTS:Graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law schoolMust be admitted in Massachusetts, or eligible for admissionFour to seven years of venture capital and emerging company practice experienceKnowledge of Excel and capitalization tables
