Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Support Technician to join our team and provide technical assistance across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will possess strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills, as well as experience in point-of-sale (POS) systems, room Wi-Fi support, and restaurantoutlet support. This role will be onsite and require a proactive approach to addressing technical issues to maintain optimal guest satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Provide hardware and software troubleshooting support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of POS systems, ensuring smooth transactions and accurate reporting.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Wi-Fi connectivity, ensuring uninterrupted internet access for guests.Provide technical support for restaurant and outlet operations, including menu display systems, ordering terminals, and payment processing devices.Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technical needs, ensuring alignment with overall resort objectives.Maintain accurate records of support activities, including ticketing systems, equipment inventory, and resolution procedures.Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in technical support workflows.Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions and enhance the guest experience.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a hospitality environment.Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting principles.Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols, with a focus on Wi-Fi connectivity.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) are a plus.
