Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech savvy. Responsibilities:Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective and current residents meet.Answer incoming calls and handle them accordingly, providing exceptional customer service to prospects and residents.Greet prospective residents and qualify their needs and preferences professionally.Present the property and available apartments to prospects, highlighting features and benefits.Provide a positive and engaging experience for prospects during apartment tours.Stay informed about local market conditions and contribute ideas to improve property marketing and resident satisfaction.Proactively manage sales, outreach, prospecting, and lead generation to convert leads into plete lease applications, assist with application verification, and notify prospective residents of results.Prepare necessary communications and complete all lease paperwork, including related addenda.Accept rent and deposits from residents. Requirements:Excellent customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Positive attitude and willingness to succeed.Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Yardi, MS Suite, Outlook, and SharePoint (Rent Café experience is a plus).Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including weekends as needed.
