Kanner & Pintaluga, a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeks a highly motivated Property DamageBad Faith Litigation Attorney to launch our Denver, CO office.POSITION SUMMARY:  The Firm is looking to expand its First Party PropertyBad Faith Practice to Colorado. We are looking for an attorney with experience in First Party PropertyBad Faith to help open this new office. This position will manage all aspects of a case. As the practice develops, there will be a potential opportunity for this role to evolve into a leadership role.REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:  Full-time; remote with possible 12-18 month transition to in-office3+ years of litigation experience - First Party Property DamageBad Faith experience is requiredMember of the Colorado Bar and in good standing Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc. Superb negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Have a proactive approach to problem-solving Self starterTeam-oriented FIRM BENEFITS The Firm offers a competitive benefits package for our full-time employees and their families.
