Job Description:

We have an immediate opening for a Sales Executive with a leading manufacturer in the wound care space calling on the acute setting. This position will focus on sales of their digital wound management solutions to physicians, nurses, and other wound care professionals across the continuum of pensation Profile:Base: $90,000 - $100,000Total Comp: $150K at-plan (top reps make $200K+)Full MedicalDentalVision Benefits401K and potential equityResponsibilities:Prospect, qualify and generate sales within an assigned geographic area and customer base, utilizing phone, electronic communications and in-person formal meetings.Timely follow up on all tradeshow, inside sales leads and other demand generation activities.Prepare and execute territory business plan to ensure sustainable growth, and 100% + sales goal achievement.Build and maintain an active sales funnel including cross-sell opportunities with current customers.Acquire and demonstrate outstanding knowledge of all product offerings.Record sales activity and client information in the company's CRM software. Provide periodic activity reports, including assessments, sales successes, account gainslosses, competitor activity, etc.Process documentation in accordance with standard operating procedures for quotations, special pricing approval, order follow-up, problem resolution and order expediting. Manage contracts for assigned customers.Collaborate with Marketing and other internal teams to provide key customer insight and feedbackQualifications:Bachelor's degree3-5 years Healthcare IT solution (preferred), service andor medical device sales experience with a track record of demonstrated goal achievement.Existing relationships with wound care clinicians a must.Formal sales training (Miller Heiman, Strategic Selling, SPIN etc..) required.Documented record of success (Presidents Club, Sales Excellence, Quarterly Awards etc.)Requirements: Healthcare sales experience in acute setting Complex selling of solutions with clinical, economic and c-suite stakeholders Knowledge of the accounts in geography and relationshipsHunter - does not rely on existing install base to generate new business Must Haves: Innovative strategic Extremely tech savvyCoachable SaaS sales experience Managed larger geographies Successful track record (president club, top 10% etc..)
