Ultrasound TechnologistManhattan, NY (Upper East side)New York Imaging provides a comprehensive range of cutting-edge diagnostic imaging services from state-of-the-art modalities at various institutions. Our patient-oriented imaging centers aim to create a positive experience for all. Conveniently located throughout the five boroughs and extending to Nassau and Suffolk County, our team performs technological functions to ensure the optimal diagnostic quality of patient care, utilizing efficient and safe this role, you will:Independently perform a wide range of ultrasound exams, such as general, vascular, and small parts in an outpatient setting.Perform and document maintenance on equipment.Review and execute current lab protocols.Prepare preliminary written municate results to radiologists.Ensure all emergent tests are performed in an expedited manner.Assist doctors with outpatient-related proceduresbiopsies.We require:Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program or equivalent.RVT and or ARDMS (AB) certification.BachelorsAssociates Degree preferred.Minimum 2 years relevant work experience.RDCS Echo experience a plus.Excellent communication and organization skills.Working knowledge of all basic computer applications.The salary is determined by one's level of experience, ranging from $40.87hr.- $57.45Hr.
