Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is conducting a search for an Intake RN, Enrollment Registered Nurse, for a large Managed Care Plan. This is a Field position, meeting new and potential members in their homes. Ideal candidates will be responsible for assessing potential new members for eligibility for the program and for explaining the program to them and their family. Responsible for knowing required outreach activities within the community and the assessment of eligibility and safety of potential members. Collaborate with other members of the IntakeOutreach team and the clinical team to assure the appropriate provision of services to new members. Communicate with potential members, family, referral sources and physicians to assure a seamless transition to managed long term care. Ideal candidate will be eligible for a $20,000 sign on bonus Must be a self-assured professional with a current New York State Registered Nurse License required. Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. One (1) year experience in an acute care setting required. Must have UAS- NY experience. Home care and management experience preferred. MS Office required.
