We are on the lookout for like-minded, high-achieving individuals who are motivated to join our team and play a key role in developing and enhancing our international legal recruitment business.We are looking for someone to join the team on a part-time basis to assist our New York team with candidate management, project processes, marketing and the smooth running of our New York office. This role could be well suited for a law student looking for a part time role to further expand their legal industry knowledge and gain exposure to the legal sector or it could suit someone with experience in administration and office management who is looking for a part time role within a growing global recruitment business. There are strong career progression opportunities (including international secondments) for the right candidate if they wanted to progress with Sonder post graduation. The role has the opportunity to be more days per week and to become full time in the future. RESPONSIBILITIESIdentifying candidates and build project lists.Contacting potential candidates via database, email and other networking platforms, such as LinkedIn.Building relationships with candidates and candidate management through processes. Scheduling follow up contact points with candidates for the team.Updating our database with all candidate information and recruitment processes for the team.Collecting intel on hiring trends and recent people moves and reporting to the team.Drafting job specifications.Drafting job adverts.Assisting with drafting blogs and other marketing materials for the team. Assistance with the smooth running of the office. Assistance with managing events.
