Vice President of FinanceWHO OUR CLIENT IS:Search Solution Group is looking for a VP of Finance to join our client who is a global manufacturer and supplier.WHAT YOU WILL DO:The VP of Finance will provide financial direction and strategic leadership for the company to achieve plant, division and corporate objectives. The role will oversee all financial aspects of the organization and provide cross functional support and assist in developing effective solutions to business challenges.Duties and ResponsibilitiesVP of Finance will be a strategic business partner to Senior Executive Leadership team.Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization, providing recommendations for short and long-term growth.Evaluate processes to increasing working efficiency.Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with company's strategic plan.Recruit, hire and develop accounting staff as required.Serve as a fiduciarycommittee memberDevelop and maintain operating budget and forecastsOversee preparation financial and budgeting reportsReview and analyze monthly financial results, perform analysis of business initiatives and product changes.Establish and maintain financial metrics analyses to highlight areas for focusHOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:Education:Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA experience, MBA preferredExperience:20 years minimum experience with Controller or CFO experience requiredManufacturing experience a plusSystems implementation experience strongly preferred.Additional Skills and Responsibilities:Self-motivator that manages time well and can manage multiple demanding projects concurrentlyExcellent customer service skillsStrong communication and presentation skills.Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills"Hands On" ERP Oracle systems experience necessaryDomestic and international travel 10%
