Look no further!!The Project manager will be responsible for field management related to the Remedial Construction Service Area. This position reports directly to the Service Area Manager.REMEDIAL CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS:to travel (up to 100% & Company truck included)outside in all types of weather.8+ hours per day up to 6 days a project kick off meetings.to all corporate, office, and administrative guidelines and policies.an acceptable driving record and follow established vehicle use practices.work in accordance with established health and safety policies to include site specific requirements.all training requirements.appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to include full face respirator (clean shave required).all incidents of injury, property damage, accidental release and near miss.a professional appearance.a positive and cooperative work environment.ESSENTIAL FIELD MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS:Company selecting and procuring vendors, equipment, and subcontractors for upcoming projects.as Safety Officer while on Site.and document daily safety meetings.skills, assign tasks, and motivate project team members.public and private utility locates have been completed and are appropriately marked before performing work.execution of project objectives as defined by the scope of work, specifications and health and safety municate current project status and upcoming project needs to Project Manager or Service Area Manager.project daily reports.Project Manager or Service Area Manager in development of client invoices.projects within schedule and budget restraints as defined by Project Manager or Service Area munication with client field representative.tools, equipment and vehicles are routinely inspected, properly maintained and deficiencies corrected.shop is maintained in a clean and organized manner.new business opportunities through relationship with existing clients.cross selling opportunities with other service areas.ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING: years construction experienceyears supervisorymanagement experienceyears environmental remediation experiencecombinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.knowledge of remedial construction techniques to include but not limited to UST closure projects, dig & haul projects, treatment system installations, soil mixing, plant decommissioning and demolition.ranging knowledge of OSHA construction standards and able to interpret regulations and guidance.to develop innovative solutions to difficult construction munication skills.professional writing skills.of general engineering principles.to read and understand Gant Chart style project schedules.to read and understand project drawings notes.negotiate, and procure cost efficient resources to complete project objectives.out of scope work and develop change order cost.performance of sub-contractors and compliance with project requirements.jobs: develop load list, develop field instructions, and secure travellodging,in client pre-construction meetings.with bid opportunities to include site visits, production estimates and obtaining of supplier quotations.delegate to and manage Field Supervisors, Field Technicians and HEOs in the execution of EFS projects with limited supervision.and mentor Field Supervisors, Field Technicians, and HEOs.jobs: develop load list, develop field instructions, and secure travellodging,$2.5M in gross revenue annually.
