BL has 14 offices and is expanding.Our employee owners are capable of being successful working in hybrid environments, and we are now offering opportunities to continue in this setting.Project Managers are responsible for oversight and management of the entire project delivery process and coordination with other discipline(s) internal or external to BL Companies.Responsibilities Include:Managing client relationshipsDetermining and guiding overall project directionDriving and overseeing all technical and design aspects of projectManaging resources and productivityDetermining, enforcing and meeting deadlinesMaintaining project quality and design standards for basic to moderately complex projects that are primarily within a single disciplineBuilding strong client relationship and presenting at public meetings are essential to this positionRequired Experience:PE License10+ years experience in Land Development, Retail, & Commercial. Strong communications skills Supervision of full time staff
