With a cult following of celebrities including Rihanna, Zoe Kravitz, Julianne Moore, Jennifer Lawrence and Charlize Theron to name just a few, the brand is the leading destination for influencers, industry insiders and tastemakers around the world.Reports to: Distribution ManagerLocation: Distribution Center - Secaucus, NJWhat You'll DoResponsible for overseeing the logistics pertaining to distribution and receipt of merchandise throughout the company's domestic and international portfolio in an organized and timely manner.Optimizing supply chain to support growth of retail locations, evaluate and select carriers, methods of transport and suitable routes based on cost and on-time delivery goals.Oversee the shipping accounts for the warehouse, ecommerce channel and retail stores. Ensure compliance will all required documentation to support transportation flows and answer discrepancy reports and work with the warehouse on any parcel issues.Collaborate cross-functionally on developing the long-term process and systems flow for retail store replenishment and fulfillment.Work with various departments to ensure simplify invoicing, payments, and reconciliation processes with vendors and that all reports are triggered properly.Partner with accounting team to analyze costs and negotiate rates and improve customer experience.Work with the financial analyst team monthly for EOM closures. Work quarterly with the finance to review and adjust the annual logistics budget.Who You Are5-7 years' experience in domestic and international logistical, supply chain, andor operational capacity.2-3 years' experience in budgeting and financial planning.Experience in working with domestic and international vendors, partners, and governmental organizations.Knowledgeable on sourcing international logistical requirements, laws, and restrictions.Experience in freight forwarding, transportation management, and warehouse managementProven excellence in meeting long, short, and adhoc deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and inventory management systems.BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision401k matchFSA, Life Insurance, Long & Short-Term DisabilityA generous employee discount on all jewelryCommuter Benefits
