The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing direct care to residents, administering medications, assisting with activities of daily living, and monitoring health status. The role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team. Qualifications Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licenseExperience in long-term care or assisted living settingsKnowledge of nursing principles and practicesAbility to assess and respond to residents' health needsProficiency in medication administrationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize and multitaskStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work effectively as part of a teamCPR certificationExperience working with elderly individuals is preferred
