Job Description:

Genesis Capital is seeking experienced candidates to fill an Analyst position. Analysts provide direct support to senior bankers and are expected to handle a high level of responsibility in the execution of corporate finance transactions. Analysts at Genesis Capital work on a variety of transactions that provide a broad base of experience across multiple industries. Analysts will research and analyze financial statements, general economic conditions, industry specific conditions and trends, acquisitions and divestitures, and various investment attributes of both privately-held and publicly-traded companies. The Analyst program is a 2- to 3-year program with progressive, staged training to learn skills critical to being an active member of the team. Many of our prior Analysts have been subsequently promoted to Associate and continue their careers with the firm. Responsibilities include financial statement analysis, financial modeling, valuation, preparing presentation & offering materials, and conducting industry and company research, among other tasks. We value different perspectives, backgrounds and experiences which we believe help us better serve our clients.
