Job Description:

A busy construction-related company in north Pinellas county is looking for a Receptionist to join their team. The Receptionist is the first contact for all customers, vendors, and partners. This position provides general office support with a variety of clerical duties, special projects, and related tasks. The ideal candidate for this role will be people-oriented, service-minded, build relationships, & provide white-glove service to customers, vendors, and referral partners. RESPONSIBILITIESGreet all company visitors & guestsAnswer, screen, and direct calls on a multi-line telephone systemTake and relay detailed messagesSchedule appointments and route clientsSchedule and maintain conference roomsMaintain the waiting area, lobby or other public areasCoordinate meetings and organize cateringServe beverages to guestsProvide general administrative and clerical supportAssists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of officecoffee suppliesScanning, photocopying, faxing and filing documentsReceive, process and route mail and packages in a timely manner QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of three or more years of administrative, clerical, and related experienceExcellent communication and organization skillsExperience in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS OutlookMeet deadlines with accuracy and demonstrate a sense of urgencyIdentify work to be done; prioritize and complete daily assignmentsInteract and communicate with clients in person and on the phoneMaintain a positive and courteous attitude with co-workers, clients, visitors and vendors Upon going permanent, this position is eligible for monthly bonus and full benefits to include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) with a match.
