We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our team in Brecksville!You will be responsible for performing routine professional human resource functions in areas such as recruitment & onboarding, compensation, employee relations, training and development, EEOAffirmative Action and benefits & payroll administration. We offer a competitive wage, a comprehensive benefits package including medical and prescription drug coverage, dental benefits, life and disability insurance, 401k retirement, tuition reimbursement, and paid vacationholidays.Your Challenge:Work closely with HR management team in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development at the business unit or division level.Assist with recruitment and onboarding, compensation, employee relations, training and developmentProcess changes in employee status, pay, benefits etc., by collecting completed forms, getting correct approval signatures, ensuring data is completeEnter data into HRIS (Workday) and sending to affected departments in a timely fashionSupport and administer compensation objectives, manpower goals, personnel policies, and proceduresMay counsel employees concerning work-related problems and conduct termination interviews, providing feedback to management when necessaryMaintain records for EEO and affirmative action reporting requirementsAssists with the development of position descriptions and employee handbooks May conduct research and analyzes data on assigned HR-related projectsParticipate and influence C3 Culture (Celebrate. Contribute)Your Expertise:1+ years of HR Admin work experienceExperience in Manufacturing work environment is preferredAssociate degree in HR related discipline preferredStrong critical thinking analytical skills.Strong communication (written and oral), organization and interpersonal skills.Ability to set priorities, work independently, and bring issues to pliance StatementThis position may require exposure to export-controlled information and subject to additional security screening.
