We operate from over 40 terminals and 11 container yards. We provide Chassis, Containers, Drayage, and Services for Imports, Exports, and Domestic moves.Key DutiesResponsibilitiesContribute to business development in an assigned geographic area, spearheading sales initiatives that are consistent with the company's overall strategy.Develop direct relationships with the customersGuide, develop and secure incremental revenue and market share from new business and existing accounts to achieve profitable volume growth consistent with regional revenue goalsReview market analyses to determine customer needs and volume potentialCustomer onboarding, ensuring seamless transition when beginning to handle new customer businessJob QualificationsStrong business acumenExceptional oralwritten communication skills, time & territory management and able to meet deadlines on a consistent basisConfident, decisive with strong negotiation, problem solving and closing skillsA BA or BS in business transportationlogisticssales or equivalent is preferred but not requiredTravel around Southern California area may be requiredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAn aggressive and competitive nature to drive sales growthThe confidence to close a sale
