Job Description:

A large healthcare organization is seeking a full-time therapist to be a part of their Recovery to Work program, where the main goal is assist those in recovery get acclimated back into the workforce or go back to school. This person will rotate between 3 different locations for 5 weeks at a time - Germantown, Northern Liberties, and Mann Music Center. Day-to-Day:Focus on working with individuals 1 on 1 to freshen up on skills- interviewing, writing a resume, present themselves in the work place, etcAssist in hosting a computer literacy class every Monday and Friday Meets with the clients individually to help with the case management tasks like helping them put their resume on a platform etc. Partake in mock interviews with the participants Must Haves:Bachelors level required, anything counseling, social work, criminal justice, or any related fieldsExperience working in the drug and alcohol population (could be an internship or practicum, wouldn't want someone working with children) Should have car + valid drives license (driving to different locations)
