Our purpose is to assist our customers in solving problems via expert automation design all the way through execution and service.Position Summary: The Sr. Leader of Operations is responsible for providing overall direction and oversight to the organization and managing the organization's day to day operations. Their main duties include developing and implementing operational plans to follow the company strategy, overseeing business processes such as finance, sales, engineering, and HR, and analyzing operational efficiency. The Sr Leader, Operations will work closely with executives to strategize and develop long-term plans that usher in new levels of productivity and success for the company.What you will do:Create and enforce operational procedures to increase efficiency and productivity within the organization.Oversee multiple teams within the organization to set targets, ensure resources, evaluate performance, and drive team members towards shared objectives.Manage the operations of different departments, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and operational excellence, while aiming for cost efficiency.Collaborate with senior managers in the development of performance goals, KPI's and long-term operational plans.Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives.Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary.Work with the finance department and project managers to develop financial and budgetary plans.Who you are:You are a self-starter and able to take initiative with little to no direction.You can navigate, prioritize, and lead through change and ambiguity.You can synchronize business teams to build and execute business plans.You can facilitate an open environment that promotes teamwork and be a catalyst to remove organizational barriers.What you will bring:Excellent knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, HR, customer service, engineering, and sales.Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.Excellent analytical and project management skills.Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving skills to navigate through various challenges, troubleshoot issues, and think creatively to implement solutions.Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.Education and experience:Master's degree in business administration required.6 or more years' experience in a leadership role in a field related to our industry.What we can offer you:Competitive payHealth, dental, and vision insurance.
