Summary of the Position:As the Amazon Ads Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand's presence on Amazon through effective advertising strategies, data-driven decision-making, agency management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Roles and Responsibilities:Develop and execute Amazon & Walmart advertising strategies aligned with overall business goals, focusing on driving sales and increasing visibility.Manage end-to-end advertising campaigns through an agency including keyword research, campaign setup, budget management, and performance analysis.Monitor and analyze KPIs (visits, campaigns, sponsored ads, PPC conversation rate, ROI, cost analysis, return rate, etc.) Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure that advertising efforts are aligned with product launches, promotions, and overall brand messaging.Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitive landscape to proactively adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.Development of brand specific strategies that align with our corporate goals and growth objectives.Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, adjusting strategies as needed to maintain a strong market position.Pull and prepare reporting data from retailer reporting tools, translate findings into insights and actionable growth tactics for our brand and commercial teams. Prepare weekly and monthly business performance updates, identifying trends and assortment management opportunitiesPerform other assigned duties as they may be required in meeting company municate effectively with other departments within the organization and function within a team environment.Regular attendance is required.Minimum Requirements:Minimum of 3+ years of e-commerce experience with online business models (Amazon and Walmart)3+ years of experience with Seller Central and or Vendor Central as 3P 1P user. Experience working with consumer products brands and an understanding of the current retail environmentKnowledge of Internet best practices and the impact they have on SEOProficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to establish strong relationships and coordinate effectively with team membersAbility to meet project deadlines, multitask and managing multiple priorities at the same timeMotivated, detail oriented, creative and a solution driven mindset.Supervisory - NoneThis position is 100% on site in our Lancaster, SC headquarters.
