Responsible for the administrative duty functioning of the Trauma Service, coordinating its multidisciplinary activities, integrating the participating departments, maintaining compliance with State and National requirements and tracking injuriesoutcomes of injured patients. Works clinically with the trauma team to assess and manage the trauma patient from time of injury through rehabilitation. RequirementsBachelor's Level Degree Required: Registered Nurse licensed in Connecticut. Certification in Emergency Nursing (CEN), Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) and Trauma course training and mentoring in this role to acquire appropriate skills.
