Core Pilates NYC is seeking an EXCEPTIONAL part time (to full-time) Studio and Client CoordinatorManager to join our team for a permanent position in our Flatiron Pilates studio. Administrative Must-Haves RequirementsYou'll oversee all studio functions from sales to instructors and clientsBe UPBEAT and assertive to be a leader that our team and clients can count on. Be a wiz with and have fun with the written word. Exceptional and smooth communication skills with our team and with a very diverse client base is vital. Be super comfortable with the computer and google docs and sheets and set up all for efficiency. Canva, emails, technology fluency is greatExperience with MindBody Online or a similar Scheduling Platform is a big plusPlease have a sense of humor and yes, take things seriously but also have fun and create that spirit in the space. Know how to keep our clients happy and content and to deescalate any negative situation and turn it aroundHyper organized and be able to set up efficient systems and reports and always see how things can be improved operationally.Must attend weekly team meetings, organize monthly studiostaff meetings, collaborate with education director, organize eventsOversee the onboarding and training of work-study team every 6 monthsBe creative and fun - and have IDEAS to keep the studio vibe and community connected!Responsible, punctual, trustworthy go without saying! We are a small female run business where everybody steps in when they can. Inspiration flows free in our space and we want you to contribute to that. Sales must haves:Create a sales system to foster attendance and retentionConvert Intro package clients into memberships andor packages using reporting, our Mindbody software and other systemsAbility to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, classes, private training, and teacher training programsKnow what leads are and how to organize a system to nurture them and convert them to sales and membershipsLeadership must haves:Initiate instructor evaluations and assist in mentorshipdisciplinary action as neededIndependently make decisions related to high level customer serviceEnforce studio policies and procedures with clients, teachers and apprenticesAlways have ideas and solutions on the ready!
