Foster Lawson are partnered with a $1B organisation in the Food space who are looking to add a Regional Sales Manager to their team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Food sales, as well as demonstrated success working with major retail customers. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.Provides action orientated understanding of the health of our brands to fundamentally improve go to market plans in place across the accounts.Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support.Utilize factored based selling solutions, strong relationship skills, while having a hunter mentality for growth.Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.Gather and analyze data regarding customer preference and market condition to plan sales growth.Manage the day-to-day contact and resolve customer issues by addressing potential problems and suggesting solutions to assure customer satisfaction. Negotiate pricing and volume with assigned customers to achieve sales objectives.Conduct weekly market checksquality report and ranking, to evaluate sales initiatives and identify municate and coordinate sales activities with plant operation, supply chain, R&D, QA, finance and logistics as required.Qualifications:5+ years of relevant experienceBachelors DegreeWillingness to travel 40% of the time
